Due to the nature of digital AI-generated content and the significant compute resources required for each generation, our refund policy is strictly defined as follows:
Payments are generally non-refundable once compute credits are utilized.
Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be issued at our discretion in the following specific circumstances:
- Service Failure: System-wide technical errors that prevent the delivery of generated design assets.
- Duplicate Charges: Erroneous billing cycles or multiple charges for the same subscription tier within a single billing period.
